There are no handouts for Management Mastery. As adult learners, we learn best when our eyes and ears are fully engaged (not doodling, reading my every spoken word or dying a slow death by PowerPoint at the back of the room). It also gives me the flexibility to head down a bush track if the group shows a red-hot interest in a topic that wasn’t on the agenda.
It’s an action-packed day. For that reason, in addition to this one, you can attend any one of my future Management Mastery courses for F R E E!!! That way you get to revisit the material with a more experienced set of goggles on, and I get to see the amazing leaps and bounds you’ve made. Win-win!

Our attention is 100% focused on middle managers. All of our products and services revolve around them, and helping them to get their team flying in formation. Aside from Management Mastery, we don’t run any other courses. We work exclusively with organisation’s to address their specific needs. Tell me you’re interested and we’ll keep you in the loop.
Get in touch after the course and I’ll happily send you a Certificate of Participation. I do have some certified courses, but this one isn’t one of them. Management Mastery is more conversational, more hands-on and practical. It’s all the stuff you don’t learn at uni.

Management Mastery is 7.5 hours that are jam packed with fresh ideas and interesting twists. No one brain can absorb it in just one day. By all means, come back, and come back again – some people have done the course 3 times. I’ve worked in corporate services in not-for-profit Aboriginal-run orgs and shire councils in the NT since 2009. I’ve worked with Aboriginal communities and boards in all four directions from Alice Springs. You can read more about me here.
My first job was as a dance teacher in the early 1980s! I’ve been teaching people in different capacities ever since. Plus, that’s what my coach training was all about. But, do I have a piece of paper to say that I can teach? I don’t, so I let my clients be the judge of whether I’ve got the goods.
